Yujie Guo

I’m Yujie Guo from Shanghai, China. I graduated from UW-Madison majoring in Biology, Computer Science, and Math. During my time in Dr. Heng Li’s lab, I studied long read error correction and cancer genomics. My research interests include cancer genomics, algorithm development, and single-cell analysis. When not in lab, you could find me training for marathons, climbing, and doing outdoor stuff in different places.
