As exome and genome data grow to massive scales, the methods and analytical frameworks need to scale at the same rate, and interpreting results from large-scale analyses is an exciting challenge. My group builds methods to interpret genetic variation, to learn about the function of human genes and the regulation of the genome as a whole.
