We use a combination of single-cell multiomics data, genetic data from disease cohorts, functional assays, and machine-learning approaches to address these complex problems. In addition, we work closely with clinicians and experimental biologists to validate and verify our models and predictions. We are dedicated to developing new genomic computational tools and making them accessible to the research community.
